About AMZ

The AMZ Group was founded in 1993 in Rodgau, Germany, with the aim of offering a wide range of individual solutions to a wide range of different customers. Right from the start, customers included companies of various sizes from the industrial, construction, development, trade, automotive and other sectors. On the product side, the initial focus was on the American technology and chemical group 3M™, whose product range covers a wide variety of areas and can convince with innovation and quality in most cases.

Originally, AMZ’s core business was primarily focused on solutions related to bonding and surface joining technology. However, in line with AMZ and founder Mike Zimny’s strong service ethos, the product range was constantly expanded and new business areas, as well as partners, were added.

Meanwhile, in addition to surface and joining technology, AMZ also offers a wide range of occupational safety products such as work clothes, respiratory protection, eye protection, hearing protection, safety shoes, protective gloves, as well as abrasives, packaging materials, films and various customized solutions.

In order to cover this wide range of products and to always offer the best quality without compromise, AMZ works together with excellent and proven suppliers from all sectors. In the field of bonding and connection technology, AMZ counts on the manufacturers 3M™, Coroplast, Weicon, Monta, Soudal, Lohmann, UHU, Velcro and several others – depending on the customer’s requirements.

In the area of occupational safety, on the other hand, Uvex, Dassy, Payper, Mascot and Leikatex are the main suppliers of workwear. Corporatewear articles, also from Payper or cotton specialist Promodoro, which thanks to regional partners can be finished in a wide variety of ways and customized according to the customer’s own ideas, are also part of the AMZ range. When talking about occupational safety, PPE, i.e. personal protective equipment, is also a must. Accordingly, AMZ’s program includes eye, respiratory and hearing protection, as well as hand and safety shoes from Uvex, Haix, Albatros, Leikaflex, 3M™, Univet, BLS and Moldex.

AMZ also offers ESD protective clothing, which is used in all areas with sensitive electronic devices and measuring instruments as well as in battery construction. As if that were not enough, the AMZ Group’s wide range of products also includes abrasives from well-known manufacturers, films, labels and die-cut parts.

As already mentioned at the beginning, the AMZ Group clearly sees itself as a system supplier and forward-looking service provider and partner for its customers. This can be seen, among other things, in the labels and die-cut parts mentioned last. Here, custom products are made in a wide variety of materials, with countless different applications for customers. Starting with advice on the right material, through testing of various machining and finishing processes, to warehousing and logistical implementation – AMZ is always on hand with help and advice to find a tailor-made solution for you, too.

Even if these solutions include warehousing beyond the usual framework agreements, logistical implementations such as the use of own drivers, fulfillment services or even the implementation of IT solutions, AMZ is always ready to find the right concept.
