Gloves for all purposes

In our series Gloves for all purposes we would like to regularly present gloves that either do not correspond to the usual work glove or represent novelties in this very field of hand protection. This time, a trio from our partner Leipold, which could not be more different, makes the start:

Nitrile examination glove 13251

At first glance, the 13251 glove is a fairly typical examination glove: powder-free, non-sterile and in a practical dispenser box á 100 gloves. Accordingly, the gloves are not suitable for protection against mechanical impact. The glove with its black color is used not least in the catering industry where the color helps to create a better contrast to the prepared food, so that even in hectic kitchen activity the hands always remain clearly visible. To ensure the best possible fit for a wide range of hand sizes, the gloves are available in sizes S, M, L and XL.

LeikaFlex Brilliant 15gg fine knit glove with NFT 1470

Next glove in the bunch is the LeikaFlex 1470 Brilliant 15gg fine knit glove with NFT. In principle, the glove can be regarded as a successor and further development of the LeikaFlex 1466 and thus represents an excellent all-rounder with good wearing comfort and protection, as well as good durability. The latter in particular has been further enhanced by the new NFT (New Foam Technology) and now withstands an impressive 25,000 abrasion cycles. But wearer comfort also benefits from the new coating, as there is now no longer direct skin-polymer contact. It also complies with EN 388:2016 (level 4.1.3.1.X) as well as EN 407:2004 (level X.1.X.X.X) and OEKO-TEX Standard 100. Everything in
All in all, therefore, an ideal all-rounder that can be used in many areas.

Cotton jersey glove 1195

Last but not least, an product from the field of handwear, which is encountered less frequently than the two previously presented representatives. The 1195 Cotton Jersey Glove is made of pure cotton in heavy quality and is bleached white. Similar to the previously presented examination glove, this one is not designed to protect against physical impact. The 1195 is much more likely to be used in the upscale catering industry, furniture construction or in other areas where surfaces need to be protected and soiling should be quickly noticed.
