Just in time for the warmer days, the Belgian workwear specialists Dassy have introduced a new pair of shorts. The basic material is the new 4-way stretch jeans fabric, which is also known from the Kyoto work jeans introduced last year. Outstanding wearing comfort combined with extremely robust materials is thus already a given. Dassy Tokyo – the shorts for all occasions
Jeans have long been an absolute classic pants with which one is best dressed for the vast majority of everyday situations. Even at work – the actual origin of jeans – the pants in the characteristic blue can still be found after more than a hundred years. Of course, the requirements have changed over time, so today’s workwear jeans are much more flexible and comfortable to wear than their rigid ancestors due to modern materials. There have also been some changes in terms of practicality.
The Dassy Tokyo does not make any concessions here either. Although these are shorts, Dassy’s typical pant features like Cordura reinforced pockets, an adjustable back elastic and a D-ring are standard. Also a rich selection of functional pockets for folding rule, pens, as well as a total of two push pockets, two open back pockets and a thigh pocket find space on the jean shorts. Despite all the extras, however, the design of the shorts looks pleasantly simple and thus makes them still easily wearable in leisure time. This is also due to the 4-way stretch fabric made of 89.5% cotton and 10.5% elastane, which gives the pants a particularly high wearing comfort.
In summary, the new Dassy Tokyo stretch work jean shorts offer an absolutely well-rounded garment for the warmer days that can definitely be worn for leisure.
